General
These terms apply to orders and bookings made on albaitalshami.com. By sending an order you agree to them. Prices are in UAE dirhams and may change; the price shown when you send your order is the one we work with.
Confirmation
External catering, meals for companies and table bookings are confirmed only after our team contacts you or you receive a confirmation message. If an item, date or quantity is not available, we will offer an alternative or decline the order and let you know.
External catering & meals for companies
- Orders must be placed within the minimum notice shown on the order page.
- You can see your order and request changes from your order link until 72 hours before the event. After that, changes are by phone and depend on what is still possible.
- Cancellation: please tell us as early as possible. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event may be charged for food and preparations already made.
- Tables, chairs, chafing dishes and other equipment remain our property. Please keep them safe; damaged or missing pieces may be charged.
- Please give the correct address, location and contact number, and make sure the venue is ready for our team at the agreed time.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may change with traffic or busy times. Please check your order on arrival and tell the driver about any problem.
Table bookings
A booked table is held for 30 minutes after the booking time; after that it may be given to other guests.
Payment
Payment is in cash or by card on delivery / at the restaurant unless agreed otherwise. Discount coupons follow their own conditions (validity, number of uses, the service they are for) and one coupon is used per order.
Allergies
Our kitchen uses nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame, eggs and other allergens. If you have an allergy please tell us in the notes and contact us before ordering.
